1. The Application

"AM Solutions" (the "Licensed Application") is a piece of software created for Apple phones and tablets. It is used to document user projects and provide AI-powered repair diagnosis.

2. Scope of License

You are given a non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Licensed Application on any device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. Technical Requirements

Licensor reserves the right to modify the technical requirements of the Licensed Application at any time. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to confirm and verify such requirements.

4. No Maintenance or Support

AM Solutions is not obligated, expressed or implied, to provide any maintenance, technical or other support for the Licensed Application. Matthew McLellan and the End-User acknowledge that the Services have no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Licensed Application.

5. User-Generated Contributions

The Licensed Application does not currently offer users the ability to submit or post content. Where contributions are permitted, you represent and warrant that your contributions do not infringe third-party rights, are not false or misleading, and comply with all applicable laws.

6. Contribution License

You agree that we may access, store, process, and use any information and personal data that you provide, following the terms of the Privacy Policy. You retain full ownership of all of your Contributions and any associated intellectual property rights.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Licensor's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Licensed Application. Licensor shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

8. Warranty

Licensor warrants that the Licensed Application is free of spyware, trojan horses, viruses, or any other malware at the time of your download, and works as described in the user documentation. Warranty claims must be reported within 90 days of discovery.

9. Product Claims

AM Solutions, and not the App Store or Google Play, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Licensed Application, including product liability claims and claims arising under consumer protection or privacy legislation.

10. Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo and are not listed on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

11. Termination

The license is valid until terminated by AM Solutions or by you. Your rights will terminate automatically if you fail to adhere to any term of this license. Upon termination, you shall stop all use of the Licensed Application and destroy all copies.

12. Governing Law

This License Agreement is governed by the laws of Washington State, excluding its conflicts of law rules.

4. Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Pricing will be disclosed before confirmation. Payments may be required upfront or upon service completion.
• Cancellation and refund policies are detailed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to charge cancellation fees where applicable.

How to Request a Refund

• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

License Key Deactivation

Upon processing a refund, your license key will be deactivated. You agree to cease use of the Licensed Application following a refund.

Exceptions

• Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after purchase are not eligible.
• Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated purchases and refunds) may result in account suspension.

In-App Purchases via App Store

For purchases made directly through the Apple App Store or Google Play, refund requests must be submitted through the respective platform's refund process. AM Solutions cannot process those refunds directly.

• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services or any systems connected to the Services.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the App.
• Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access, query, or interact with the Services.
• Upload or transmit any viruses, malware, or other malicious code.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services or the data contained therein.
• Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from the Services without authorization.

3. Content Standards

Any content you submit through the App (including photos and descriptions) must be accurate, relevant to the repair task at hand, and must not violate any third-party rights. You retain ownership of your submitted content; by submitting it, you grant AM Solutions a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing diagnostic services.

4. Enforcement

AM Solutions reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates this AUP. This may include removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, and reporting violations to law enforcement authorities.
